What is Mobile Medical Practice?

Patients residing at home, in independent or assisted living communities, or in nursing facilities who experience difficulty traveling to a traditional office can receive expert care through episodic outpatient house calls from our licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) and PAs.

Our team works to help the body heal and assist patients in achieving optimal recovery. Coordinating with the patient’s interdisciplinary team, our team will assess, treat and develop care plans designed to meet the specific wound care needs of each person. 

Our team of certified wound care providers treat all types of wounds. We assess wound healing, provide advanced wound care, address complications, and mobile medical practice instruction and guidance.
