Meet The Owner
Heather Stallings • Owner & CEO
Heather received her Bachelors of Science in Biology at Williams Baptist College, Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Arkansas State University, Masters of Science in Nursing at Arkansas State University, and was credentialed through American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is a certified and experienced Wound Care Practitioner and Excision Debridement Specialist.

Stefanie Lesley • Clinical Director
Stefanie Lesley serves as the Clinical Director for Wound Solutions of Arkansas, bringing more than 20 years of nursing experience to the team. She started as an LPN in 2005, became an RN in 2006, and achieved board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. She has specialized certifications in wound care, excisional debridement, and headache care. She serves patients in NEA and SEMO.
She lives in Paragould with her husband, Maron, and three of their five children. She has two grown children, one attends the University of Tennessee at Martin studying engineering, and the other is planning to study cosmetology. In her free time, she enjoys reading, thrifting, and spending time with her family.
